2009 - Amy Hamilton

To many it was obvious who this year’s student of the year would be. Amy Hamilton was truly deserving of this award.

If you attended this year’s Showcase, you may have noticed that she participated in practically every dance and is genuinely an excellent all rounder in every discipline. This past year, Amy has developed incredibly, and has invested and contributed greatly into the Academy, not only in her own lessons but has also started teaching a variety of styles. Joel and Sarah would also like to congratulate her on her recent acceptance onto the Yorkshire young dancers Scheme at Northern Contemporary and are excited to see what the coming year will bring.
