The Rock Academy of Dance is at the forefront of community dance schools in York. The annual Student Showcase continues to wow massive audiences with its standard of excellence and inspiring creativity. 2009 saw no less than 140 students take to the stage with an exciting fusion of Ballet, Latin, Ballroom, Tap, Street & Contemporary. From the fun, energy-filled Jitterbug, to the moving, tear jerking experience of Childhood & The Prayer, this year’s spectacular touched an emotion within everyone. The event was a huge success and we are excited to see where 2010 will take us!
