When you didn't think it could get any better.... the academy once again wowed us with a jaw dropping presentation.
People began to arrive at 6:30pm in a hope to get the best seat in the house and created the longest queue the academy has ever seen. The stewards looked immaculate in tucks and bow ties, and the auditorium looked as clean and sharp as always.
A selected group of Students along with Joel and Sarah, opened the night with an enticing James Bond medley with a blend of contemporary rumba, Classic jazz, paso doble and Ballet dancers on pointe running through a waterfall of pyrotechnics.
In this electric performance, hosted by Clare Nelson and Jenny Byrne, students displayed a wide variety of dance styles including Latin, Street, Contemporary and Ballet, all danced to emotional and spine tingling melodies.

The lighting this year was an absolute masterpiece, creating an atmospheric environment for the audience.
Overall, the show gets top marks. Both technically and creatively it once again re-enforced the professionalism and quality of dance training the academy has to offer.
