CARRIERS OF THE DREAM – is the nearest thing we have to membership in the Rock. The carriers are those who have made a declared commitment to carry the dream not just follow the vision.
A carrier by definition is one who carries load or bears burden.

Anyone in the Rock may apply to become a carrier.
